If returning a product to NetDesign A/S, we ask you to follow these steps:

Before sending defective equipment, please fill out our online repair form. Please fill out the form and send it to the RMA Department.

You will receive an RMA number shortly afterwards, which is to be applied to the defective unit, as well as all shipping documents. 

The RMA number will be sent by email.

• Equipment under guarantee will naturally be repaired free of charge.
• If equipment is not under guarantee, NetDesign may offer to repair it at the manufacturer's applicable prices plus a small handling fee (prices are determined on a case-by-case basis).
• A minimum one-year guarantee is offered for all NetDesign products.  The guarantee is valid from the date of invoice. 
• Returning items to NetDesign A/S can only be made in accordance with a prior agreement with our RMA Department.
• RMA number requests can only be made via RMA enquiries on this website. 
• The item must be returned no later than seven days from the RMA number’s date of issue.  After seven days the RMA number will expire and it will no longer be possible to return the item.
• An issued RMA number does not mean that the item will be credited.
• NetDesign A/S reserves to the right to inspect the returned item before issuing an approved credit note.
• All returns will be made at the purchaser's own risk and expense.
• Items sent at the recipient’s (NetDesign A/S) expense will not be accepted.
• Items returned without an indicated RMA number will either be returned to the sender or subject to an expedition fee. 
• RMA numbers must be indicated on the packing list and consignment note. 
• Items that are to be credited must be returned in their original packaging. Nothing may be written or stuck to the original packaging. 
• Function testing that indicates that an item thought to be defective was not will result in a handling fee. 
• The repair of faults caused by accidents/mishaps including fire, water damages, natural catastrophes, overloads caused by lighting strikes, as well as vandalism, etc. are not covered by the guarantee.
